Monday through Thursday mornings: 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM 5:30 AM to 6:00 AM - Tea, chanting 6:00 AM to 6:05 AM - Walking meditation (kinhin) 6:05 AM to 6:30 AM - Sitting meditation (zazen) 6:30 AM to 6:35 AM - Kinhin 6:35 AM to 7:00 AM - Zazen (Thursday nitten soji/cleaning period)Tuesday through Thursday evenings: 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM Tuesday, Wednesday: Zazen Thursday: Zazen, discussion group (A 25 minute period of zazen followed by a discussion / study group.
